The Greenhouse Dried Florals

About Us

The Greenhouse at Good Neighbor is a Baltimore based Plant and Floral Design Studio opened August of 2020. We bring together a knowledgeable team and diverse inventory to best serve our customers, offering botanical inspiration and helping to transform visions into beautiful realities.

We cultivate healthy plants, for sale in Good Neighbor and in our lean to Greenhouse. We aim to share the benefits of the bond between people and plants and contribute to Baltimore's thriving gardening community. We offer a full range of easy to care for plants as well as some more unique, and hard to find collector plants.

In the studio, you'll find dry flowers and foliage ranging from rare blooms to pods. We happily design unique creations with customer direction or sell our supply by the stem for those that wish to make it all on their own.

During the flowering season, the Greenhouse offers a wonderful variety of fresh cut flowers from our garden. Bouquets are made fresh by request in the studio and also available as pre-made "grab-and-go bouquets" every day in Good Neighbor.

Stop by to browse our unique selection and experience our serene atmosphere for yourself. We can’t wait to see you!

Co-Founder, Floral Specialist

Alyssa is the creative director and designer of The Greenhouse building. She focuses on sourcing fresh and dry elements to create arrangements, bouquets and installations. She is passionate about incorporating unusual and woodsy elementals such as ornamental seeds and pods. Her diverse collection of dry is inspiring.

Alyssa pulls from her diverse design background from fashion to interiors to think outside the “vase” and consider design as a whole. She has an assortment of objects to complete the look. If she doesn’t have it, she will happily source it!

Lolo Genovese

Plant Care Specialist, Floral Designer

Lolo is one of our plant care specialists at The Greenhouse. She spends her days tending to our collection to make sure each plant is thriving.

She is passionate about helping others find their joy in caring for houseplants, and firmly believes they make any space a little bit happier.

Lolo also has a hand in dried florals and love to make bouquets when she's not working with plants. Outside of her work at The Greenhouse, Lolo is an artist, freelance illustrator, and Corgi mom. She is currently pursuing her masters in fine art at Towson University.
